How It Works

Our weed killers disrupt the plant cells performance and damage the weed structure causing the cell walls to break down. Weeds die quickly from this basic level of destruction. Irish Organic Weed Killer is a desiccant. That means it removes moisture from the weed. When sprayed on plant foliage, the water in the leaves is drawn out, and the top growth of the plant is killed. The formula is drawn into the weed and down the stem for total destruction. The PH change makes the soil uninhabitable for the root. The strength of the solution of Irish Organic Weed Killer determines how fast it will kill. Persistant weeds may require a second treatment.

Irish Organic Weedkiller products are available in Concentrate and Ready-to-Use formulations in select independent hardware stores throughout Ireland. The product will launch in the UK later this year where it will be stocked by the market leading Vital Earth Garden Centres and Stores.
